Rebecca knows what makes a woman look great in her bikini.
“If you don’t feel great in a suit, you are not going to look great,” says the designer and creative force behind Born4Bikinis. “The fit and the look have to work together to flatter a woman’s figure and make her feel confident. If you don’t have both, it’s not going to work.”
Since founding her own swimwear line in 2009, Rebecca has custom-fit suits for hundreds of clients who want to look their best at pools in Las Vegas and Scottsdale, Arizona, where Rebecca now resides and operates Born4Bikinis as owner and CEO.
“I’ve really developed a sense of what looks best on every body type,” she says. “I am cheerleader for girls. I believe every woman can look and feel great in a bikini.”
Rebecca was inspired to launch Born4Bikinis by her personal frustration in trying to find distinctive suits that would stand out from the crowd. She created her own bikinis embolden by crystals — still a signature accent of many Born4Bikinis designs — and the response was so positive that she decided turn her creative passion into her own business.
Since then, she has expanded her line to include various swimsuit cuts, elegant cover-ups and other fashion musts for women who want to make a statement.
Rebecca has traveled the world, from New York to Vietnam, to find both inspiration and the finest materials for her creations. All fabrics used in Born4Bikinis suits are washed and dried prior to sewing, to ensure the initial fit stays perfect for the entire bikini season. Rebecca also employs runching in many of her bikinis, so even the most daring cut flatters its owner and stays in place in or out of the water.
And her passion has been noticed. In addition to presenting at several regional fashion shows, including at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, Rebecca’s designs have been featured in the prestigious Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue on two occasions. The landmark 50th anniversary issue saw models Emily Ratajkowski, Kate Bock and Hailey Clauson all sporting Born4Bikini suits, and this year Bock, Tabria Majors, Haley Kalil and Anne de Paula once again prove that all women can be confident and gorgeous in a great-looking, great-fitting Born4Bikinis suit.
Rebecca first became involved in the swimwear fashion industry as a professional bikini and figure model. “I’ve been living and working in bikinis my whole life, it seems,” she said.
Among her many accomplishments, Rebecca was featured on the cover of Ironman Magazine in 2003 and was a spokesmodel for the Rio All Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. She also was featured in a national print advertising campaign for Dodge motors. And she continues to model many of her own designs for Born4Bikinis.com.
Rebecca grew up in the mountains and maintains her love of hiking and outdoor sports. She recently has embraced Pilates as part of her wellness regimen, which is her second great passion. She holds a degree in marketing and is the driving force behind Born4Bikinis, both in its creative direction and growth as a business.
